Service Agreement

This Agreement is concluded between BroTradex LLC (the “Company”) and any individual or legal entity registering and using the BroTradex platform (the “Client”). Registration or use of the platform constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement.

1. Definitions

• Asset: A financial instrument traded on the platform.
• Price: Current asset price displayed on the platform.
• Digital Trading: A contract based on price movement within a set period.
• Platform: Software system enabling trading operations.
• Account: Client’s registered personal account.

2. Nature of Agreement

This Agreement is not a public offer. The Company may modify or reject registrations at its discretion.

3. Subject

The Company provides access to the platform; the Client trades at their own risk.

4. Client Eligibility

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Legal capacity.
• Use of legally sourced personal funds.

5. Account Security

The Client is fully responsible for login credentials and all account activity.

6. Risk Warning

Trading involves high risk and may result in partial or total loss of funds.

7. Suspension / Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate accounts for violations without compensation.
